Just watched your video, thanks for the info, I noticed quite a few no turn over questions in the comments. I had that problem once before and it turned out to be the key. There’s a crystal in the key that works as a anti-theft system. Fortunately I had spare keys made. Exchanged key and it started right up.
I put my new ecm on and now it’s flashing security light and cranks but no start Checked all the wiring harness hots and grounds and everything check out well but still no start
I also have a 2006 mega cab automatic transmission with only 143K. She died while driving down the Hiway. I’m not getting nothing but a click no crank at all. I’ve put new red top optima batteries, new alternator, FCA replaced, transmission neutral sensor replaced, I’ve installed a new ignition switch and replaced every fuse.. still nothing but a click. Pulling 4 codes p5209, P1755, p0513 and p0532. I’m leaning toward my ECM now. Thanks for the video
You have an interesting series of codes to say the least. They may have been caused by weak batteries. The 513 I'd recomend changing the batteries in your key fob. Check all of your connections and make sure your starter is ok. I've never seen an ECM cause a no crank in my experience. Given what all you have replaced my next guess would be the starter. I've seen in some cases if the ac compressor locks up it will cause a bo crank no start. Take off the serpentine belt and see if there is a difference. Lastly check your fan clutch harness if that shorts out on something it can do odd things
Chris Rocha thank you I’ll definitely look into that also. I have the transmission throttle valve coming and also purchased cam shaft crank sensor for piece of mind as I’m going through her. I’ve also cleaned up both battery terminals. I’d find it unbelievable if this motor froze up with only 143K and not a drop of oil missing. I had a mechanic come look at her and he could only get 1/8th turn by hand with a 4’ bar 😔😩
@@chrischi6031 those engines make fantastic compression but I would be worried. I'd see if you could jump the starter directly and see if it can spin the engine
Chris Rocha looks like I get the same movement from the fan on that click only like 1/8 to 1/2 inch. She didn’t make a bang boom and no smoke out the back when it died. I swear the engine reeved up like I lost the transmission and thought somehow I went into neutral at first before she finally shut all the way down at 70 on the hiway.
I had help taking off the wiring harness so really why i dropped in was to get a good shot of the ground hook up. It would have been nice to see the whole side shot of the unit with all the wires in place. Otherwise i got some very useful info

I installed my refurbished ecm today. Left the battries disconnected, all went well. The reason I replaced the ecm was that I kept getting the lighting bolt throttle position sensor. I had it replaced by the dealership. 30 miles down the road, it tripped that code again. Took it back to the dealership, they kept it for several days then told me I needed a new computer.
