Estrada=Leonard, Gonzalez=Hagler, Rungvisai=Hearns, Cuadras=Duran, let me know if you disagree but Bam is special and I think another win over one of the new 4 kings makes him a hall of famer at 24 years old. I also 100% agree with your point on sunny and estrada Jamie, sunny is so good because he's awkward he switches mid-combination, he side steps and pivots well but Estrada is way more fundamentally sound than sunny and is far more offensively crafty in my opinion
Chocolatito is the Duran of the group for me, mate. He has punched above his weight the most out of them, which was also true of Duran. The way in which he went the distance and pushed Hagler was very similar to what Choc did vs Rungvisai in their first fight. The Barkley win in context was similar to the JCM win.
I would say Rungvisai is the Hagler of the group. Not just because they are the two southpaws but their efforts at one weight class makes them similar.
I totally agree on Leonard and Estrada. That would leave Cuadras as Hearns by way of default. There aren’t many comparisons to be made there, other than Cuadras came up just short against Estrada (twice) like Hearns did against Leonard.
@@PunchPerfectBoxing Fair enough Jamie but I kind of looked at it from a wins and losses standpoint rather than stylistically, stylistically I think you are more accurate but honestly I think it's been a privilege watching these 4 men trade blows and now the young lion Bam who I've followed since his TR days come and put these veterans out of their misery in a way.

I think Bam implements Chocolatito's strategy and makes it look fairly easy. I see Bam being up on the scorecards late. Estrada opening up, and gets stopped late... maybe round 11.
