Mental Log - S01 EP3 "Character Building Day"

Character building day is something I'd call days that the "vast" majority would call bad days. It's easy to go through "good times" in most cases, that's one of many reasons they may be referred to as good times. It's important to have a progressive attitude towards life and have a belief that moves you forward and enables you to reach for your dream instead of crippling oneself.
