Traditional mauritian Cari poisson ( Fish curry) 🇲🇺🇬🇧

Ingredient 🇬🇧🇲🇺❤️
Serve 4-6 persons
4-6 pieces of fried fish
1/2 cup oil
1 med sliced onion
Few curry leaves
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 med size tomato
1 tsp of tomato paste
3 green chilli
1/2 cup of coconut milk🇬🇧🇲🇺❤️
1 tbsp oil
1/2 butternut squash ( cut into cube or grated)
Onion, thyme, curry leaves
Bit of sugar & salt.
