I do have developer license and Beta 17 enabled but does NOT offer the update option....
iPhone 8 Plus allows you to click the 17 beta developer but when you click back there is no option to install 17. Just says up to date with iOS 16.77

Hate to break it to you but this doesn’t work on any phone before iPhone X if your looking for a new phone probably get a iPhone 12 mini refurbished but if you want an android just get with the best in your budget

I didn’t click to enroll just signed in and then exited it restarted and it shows t option to choose beta 17 but doesn’t allow to update just allows to choose beta developer 17
