I use a water based plastic care product, similar to 303 aerospace, made by autoglym uk, called super sheen, wash the engine bay with tfr and pressure washer, apply the product wet, leave to dry, pop the hood an hour later, like brand new
Show it on a used car, not brand new one

Specs Bundy you can use gyeon trim on the "piano black" b pillars and plastics as well. You can also use a normal ceramic paint coating
