Last I time I got stuck in the Holland Tunnel it took me at least 45 minutes to get out. Crazy how fast you can slide through it when there's no one one the road
2 things: first I think the lanes in the Baltimore tunnels are at least 2 feet wider than these and I believe those cones have been at the Manhattan entrance since 1984.
