    All good and great for sure. Though this method of construction does not take advantage of the benefits of having fixed joints as opposed of these somewhat pin joint conditions. The effects of loading on these two systems are not same. A fixed joint is structurally preffered as it permits economical use of reinforcement, that is not same for these pin connections. Notheless the tradeoff from getting elements manufactured to precision in a controlled environment certainly optimizes the process and hopefully making it a viable economical option overall.

    I think no one understood the future. Precast will be the future and all the businesses may run around it.

    Is this earthquake proof. Upto how much intesity can it withstand.
