Hi Wade. I just wanted to thank you for your videos and all that you do. Your approach and the way you present your content is a lot of fun and engaging. I have been loving your Midjourney Styles series. Keep up the good work. Always look forward to your vids. :)
Thank you so much! I'm always my own harshest critic so it always makes me happy to hear that someone is getting something out of these videos. Have a great day :)
Thanks for vid! I've been playing around with my own personalized style and I was pleasantly surprised how much I like the images it produced. I think it's a great addition to the MJ tools I use on a regular basis.
Fantastic Wade. I love your videos mate! Hey the warrior looking one that is 1000% personalized for you. The 3rd image reminds me of an older God of War character.... So gritty and tough!
Hi ❤ ❤MJ releasing model personalization. Get at least 200 image ratings and then add --p after your prompt. Personalization completely changes the way system interprets your prompts.
I’m not sure what it does, but I am loving the look I’m getting. I’ve rated a lot of images over the past year, and it seems to give Midjourney a good idea of what I like.
Style is more of a direction replication of an image to match it's look, where as I feel this is designed more toward certain user preferences, but doesn't overpower an image's look the way styles do. I think it still adheresto the prompt mostly, but fills in the gaps of information with what it calculates your preferences to be. It's more of a subtle algorithmic style based off what you give them from rating images, whereas the style feature is more direct and takes over the image based off the code or image supplied for it to reference.
I don't think you'll be able to get the same dog, but you can try an image prompt, adding the image your dog (an image url linking to the photo in the prompt). Otherwise at this stage I'd be photoshopping still, I don't know if AI is quite that precise yet
Cool! This kind of customization is what's needed to move forward. Reminds me of cgdream and a few other new ones

I agree. Honestly I was not excited about this feature but the results have changed my mind. Really cool!
Loving the personalization option here! It has a similar vibe to CGDream.
That looks like a cool platform, I do intend on checking it out more thoroughly :)
Great video, I've been waiting for something like this!! Please keep us updated 🎉😊
It's a tonne of fun isn't it? :)

Yeah I'm loving it, really cool. Gritty is definitely a preference of mine lol
Well done Midjourney, perfect way to give an incentive to rate the images you need to train v7
Yeah probably right there!

Well Wade, I guess we get a peek into ya mind now, don't we, mate
There's some sick things in there man, turn away lol
Even after watching this, I honestly have no idea what this feature really does, nor why you would use it other than just to get some random results.

Yeah it just adjusts the .model to your preferences (based on the image rating). I wasn't excited for this but now I've played with it, im loving it!
@@WadeMcMaster how is it different than style, though?

Is there a way to add my photo of my dog to Midjourney and create those samurai dog portraits? If yes, how can I do that?
I don't think you'll be able to get the same dog, but you can try an image prompt, adding the image your dog (an image url linking to the photo in the prompt).
