I love the big pantry at the end of the kitchen, and that there's room between the toilet and sink for a tall dresser, or a closet above drawers. Get a bed frame with drawers that open at the foot of the bed and you're all set!
Pretty nice. Since you are a fast-paced person would you be able to have somebody else hold the camera and show of you of the whole room while you talk about the specifics? Do you think that would work? How much does that one cost and what is it called?
It's called The Detroit and last time I checked the price it was about $75K. The only improvement I could suggest is to flip the living room/bedroom so that the bedroom would have the glass slider and put the exterior door in the living room of course on the other end of the home... This would be much safer as well because there would be an EXIT on each end of the beautiful home if God forbid, there was a fire! 🏡❤️ It's BEAUTIFUL! 🤩

It isn't a problem. There are 3 inches of closed cell spray foam insulation between the container and the interior walls. ITH spray foams 1 inch, then builds the stud framing that supports the interior walls, run the plumbing and electrical, and then add more spray foam before the wall is finished. If you're concerned, you can have them add an air exchanger.

Looks nice, however Compact Living out in Nevada has set the high bar for luxury container homes, we toured their models out there earlier this year.
