After our previous conversation, we thought it would be a good idea to have a stand-alone episode where we discussed mental health. She has a Doctorate in Counselling with a Masters in Psychology. We talk about how she defines mental health, whether it is a spiritual problem, the roots of anxiety and practical ways to overcome it, and much more.

I don't know anything about God... 5 years that changed, has not, is not easy. Sister Marshall, how can I have stability between spiritual and mental in everyday choices, daily life? I don't have anyone to confide in. Old connections there is no spiritual understanding, my Pastors is a wonderful man of God, I made so many mistakes the first year I don't want to burden him or any one anymore..

Hi, God continues to deliver me from mental illness (borderline, schizoaffective, anhedonia).
Was trapped in those labels all my life. 6 years ago, God changed that.
I didn't grow up with any awareness of GOD. Love was not part of my life.
