Unable to get castrol gear oil for activa. Can I use GL4 grade oil in activa instead of GL5?

I have a honda dio 2018 model ...o haven't serviced at dealership after 5 free service. But I do the oil change(Honda genuine oil) in 3 to 4 months at local shop. My rides are not smooth anymore. There is lot of disturbance while accelerating or riding with million rider. Recently I had to use engine oil my local mechanic provided. Now it has starting trouble(self) and riding discomfort(vibrations) too. Is it engine oil ? Is it time to change gear oil too?

13/09/2019 I change gear oil & Engine oil,Can I water wash my activate 4g,I was told by Bike Mechanical that water wash had to done After 2 Month otherwise water go inside the Engine..
U can wash your bike , water doesn't go inside engine or gearbox all are sealed

I have tried in many shops , they do not know about this type of oil.
Here in my city the shop keepers are least concerned about what the customer wants. they just sell what they have and sell whatever that gives them a good profit margin.
What difference did you feel after filling the 80w90 oil rather than the engine oil the authorised workshops fill in the gearbox?

No difference but u should not use low viscosity oil in gearbox, Honda and Yamahacing centre sells gear oil

thing is that i got a zest 110 . now every time i go for a service they put in engine oil in the gear box. the tech manager at the service center(authorized) is a good friend of mine. but he never advises to put in gear oil the scooter. he said we are told so by the company to put engine oil in the gearbox too. Now they are bound by the rules of the company, i agree.
I am also worried about the engine oil grade they use which is 5w30. i cant imagine what amount of heat the engine and the oil must be facing in cities where where summer temperatures are well above 40 degrees celcius. I wish to put 20w40 in the engine.your comment is highly appreciated!
Next time after the service i am going tho change the gearbox oil myself.
