Bfore doing emergency steering steering is should be in hand steering mode on bridge no sir??
If steering motor fails auto n main steering both will not work so nfu mode bfore we should use n if telemotor fails same thing no sir ??
This steering system shown in the video is what type of steering control system.?

Heading control system?
Integral?
Or adaptive?
Got cleared of many doubts tq sir.sir kindly clear one of my doubts regarding NFU mode .in this NFU mode does the signal goes through telemotor just like FU mode or we operate something else in this mode. Thank You.

Thnks a lot sir , for sharing steering gear test onboard ship it just clear all my doubt . If u don’t mind sir can I ask u something . What is the use of follow up button. And sir main steering test from bridge its same procedure we are on autopilot mode we will change to NFU MODE and test both motor by giving harad to hard from bridge. Correct me if I am wrong . Thnks in advance and waiting for your valuable answer
There is no follow up button bro , but hand steering and auto pilot works in follow up mode , where in steering follow your orders and telemotor is communicating with steering signal continuously . , NFU is non follow up mode which is mainly given for emergency , in which signal is given to steering only when we operate the button , so in order to bring Stbd 10 helm to midship in NFU , u will have to push NFU lever to port and stop till u see rudder at midship . Testing hard over is done at slow speed / anchor / alongside only. Cheers 😀👍🏻

Sunil sir...i went to bp marine for admission....they took 1600rs. For application 2300rs. For indos no.
Before these they took 700rs. N done my medical..n i was fit....
Before i shown documents to them....but after paying 2300+1600=3900 then i went home ,then they called me and said that you are not eligible for gp rating course... reason was i have taken general mathematics...
Now what to do?
After clearing Anglo sponsorship test and DNS will Anglo company provide 100% job and placement
Yes but ensure to take sponsorship letter before starting course , there may be waiting of 6-10 M before joining but these day most companies have this waiting period . Cheers
