- The plaintiff dated the defendant. He’s petitioning the court for a DNA test because he isn’t sure if he’s the father of the defendant’s 15-year-old daughter. The defendant says the plaintiff never questioned paternity until now and he even signed the birth certificate. She’s countersuing for unpaid child support.

What is in question is his character and integrity for doing it 15 years later and the unmanly and unadult way he presented himself to his daughter in this instance. ALSO, all men don't need to question paternity. If all men exercised intelligence, self-respect, and morality, they would not be in a position to have doubt about paternity.
@reginaharrigan7454 He's not a weirdo or toxic for wanting a DNA test; he's a weirdo and toxic for wanting one after 15yrs of being an absent father and openly implying her mother was promiscuous while still engaging in unprotected sex with her and signing the birth certificate. He could have paid $120 at Walgreens and swabbed his daughters cheeks 15 years ago! His intention was to humiliate and degrade the only parent that stayed and consistently cared for that child.

@@Orlandoloc83 The testimony he presented in this court case that he instigated (15 years later) self-impeached his character and credibility. If HIS child's grandmother put doubt in his mind about paternity, it was his job as a man and possible father to clear up the doubt expeditiously.

So you do go by “he say, she say,” then? I believe he wanted to leave all along. All he needed was a “reason” to leave and he got one, when the defendant’s mother doubted that he was the father. Either way, though, why would you punish your daughter for her mother’s actions, and not help raise her? He really missed out on 15 years all because someone told him something, that wasn’t even true. 🙄

I never had children. I was more concern with career and just doing me. I did the 32 years in Govt. I traveled and had everything I ever wanted. I retired and things changed. I wanted a child. I had the finances to have raised a child. I married a woman who had a daughter. The child was 5 years old. Now the child is 16 going on 17 I took care of her for !0-11 years. Gave the child everything she wanted. Had her in the best school. Helped her with home work. Gave her everything. Bank account. allowances everything. Paid dental bills and Dr bills. Loved her and talked to her about everything. I said all of that to say I did it for a child that was not mine and loved it. I love her. Loved being daddy. Loved someone to depend on me. Protected her. Everyone at the school knew not to bother her. She never bothered anyone either. WTF is wrong with these men that have a child by a woman and deny the child ? A so call man that wont take care of the child despite whatever goes on between them and the mother. 1 year after marrying the woman i married we separated and I had nothing else to do with her but I still took care of that child. To this day I am still taking care of that child. Same bills that I pay and everything else a father should do. This man I detest. I hate men like this. When I seen the girl after the case my heart went out to her. My opinion, she dont need him, he is a dead beat. Do you want to come live with me ? Dead beat she dont even know you. Its better sometimes these abandoned kids are better off without dead beat men.
