@@michygoss7148 Hi Michelle Yeah it's an odd comment from someone on money, when if that were the case it's not their money anyway. I'm 80 and started watching with my spouse of 56 yrs. I do love waking up on a Sunday morning with my tea, then turning on the pc and seeing a beautiful young lady working in a pair of shorts. Wow Michelle. Your breathtaking for sure. I do like your ideas and how you handle your projects with the most available lumber you can cut and acquire off your property. You blend in all your projects to fit their surrounding. Hi Michelle. You're kinda building a little village on your property. It's fun. Give the girl a saw, wind her up and let her go.😂 You're amazing. Stay safe and healthy.
I admire your energy. You have a full plate and dont owe anybody anything. Number 1 is a priority taking care of yourself and your partner. You have a good man, I'd say a mans man . I hope his recovery accelerates, but be patient with him and dont let things get you down.
I'd heard about a man that built a log cabin over 100 years over a natural spring in front of a cave , I actually went to this cabin and it was still standing back in the 70s , he'd put a trap door in the floor so he could raise the trap door and dip water out of the spring , really cool,
Mich, Consider what on this side of the continent is called an Adirondack Lean To. Add a section of the roof that slopes, fairly sharply, down from the shed roof you sketched. This additional overhang, shielding the interior, works wonders in the weather without any feeling of being shut in.

Wish I was taking it the 21 yrs I served in the USAF, but didn't know I had ADD, even though I knew something was off with my focus, till after I retired from service, and it was diagnosed by a series of tests done. All my best to Steve as he continues his back surgery recovery, and I know how that goes, since I had two back surgeries in 2003, for bulged/herniated disks, that took about a year after surgery to fully recover from and get all my back strength back. Very nice new Stihl chainsaw, and looks like you're keeping it out of the dirt, with how well it cuts and how sharp it is. Might be time to sharpen that draw knife, so it is almost shaving sharp, and makes removing bark somewhat easier. Stay safe, and keep doing what you do, it looks very good on you!🙂

Dear Michygoss. 👍👌👏 Yes, I totally agree! It's simply often necessary to recharge our batteries. Especially hard working humans like you! Unfortunately most people have forgotten this fact (including me unfortunately). Your "Fun- Fort" by a beautiful creek is fantastic for recharging human power because the place is surrounded by green. Green is not only good for the eyes but also soothing us down. Trees give good energy and the wonderful creek is good for a lot of things. We all dream of such a place because that's where the first humans settled. I don't know why but while writing this, my mind suddenly produces an "internal" video about a beautiful Michygoss elf with long ears, long hair, a green vest and green felt hat. Jumping around and cleaning up this place in a kind of magical time lapse. 😁 2) I really, really like to watch sawmilling stuff! Even detailed respectively longer videos about it. Thank you for sharing video. Hope your camera still ok after tree felling on it. One solution could be to fix (screws) all pieces together (at both ends, that will be cut off later), than mill them and after that, cut them to length (at both ends, where fixing screws are).
Looks like a good spot for a small hydropower plant.
If it’s a little fun playhouse/fort I wouldn’t debark. At some point could you spray an echo friendly bug deterrent on it!😍🇨🇦
Awesome buck up work in fast motion. Done well.
I love your mill!,😊
I call dibs on you. My name is Steve as well, so it should be an easy transition, whenever you're ready. Love your dogs and lifestyle. You're only a couple ladder rungs and a flying car from being a super-hero hottie. Keep goin', don't worry about what we want to see, just keep doin' what you do, and grasp the next ring.
When do you finish the small cabin on the cliff. I would love to see the finished project.
Hi Chelle,,, nice to see you this Sunday morning! Hope all is well with you guys! Give Clyde a big hug from me!
