I was watching the Nord Live videos on their page, and I sorted them by popular & seen yours at the top from 6 years ago... I watched it and was impressed.. i have the same, sleep apena and fatty liver, i struggled with sleep my entire life because of i think i have adhd also, but ive been doing KETO diet and intermittent fasting and I LOVE IT and ive lost 20 pounds so far, God bless u all

Mi viejo gracias...lo que dices impactas, también soy colombiano, músico y con tus mismas afecciones que tenias, difícil tirando imposible tener fuerza de voluntad, lagrimas salen de mi , pues mas que un consejo es una exhortación a cambiar el chip, amo a Dios , amo ayudar a la s iglesias que estan empezando en donde estoy ahi integrandoles el sonido y muchas veces por mi sobrepeso y fatiga no alcanzo a terminar los objetivos a tiempo, aprecio mucho lo lejos que has llegado, ahora eres un referente que hasta ahora no has negado tu fe, mis respetos, de ahora en adelante haré el reto " Si no es ahora, entonces cuándo?. Just listened to "Speak No Evil" w. J.Molina, astonishing playing. This little fat pianist was playing and improvising so that I think Wayne Shorter's idea came forward more clearly than even Shorter's own recording -- because I listened to the over-all impression i loved this for keeping the basic harmony pattern so varied and still emphasized (Wayne Shorter's recording is chaos at one or more points).
Then I looked for J.M. and found this young slender man and I could not believe it was the same man.

Congratulations Molina for your life change! I've done the same but just in 31kg! But i'm short so this made a big difference on me. And i fell a lot better! Now I have just a problem...Not a problem... I love piano... but I have no money and now i need work in full and part time to support my family with 3 childs. It's a bless and not a excuse I know :D But I feel that God gave to me some music talent and I feel so good when I sing and when I play piano... maybe is ask to much but can you say to me some book to help me with first steps on Jazz please? Hola mi hermano. Me alegra saber que esta bien. Para aquellos que no tienen dinero para una cirugía como ésta lo que queda es la opción de la disciplina y la temperancia. Glorificar a Dios incluye lo que comemos y las cantidades que se consumen. La salud es un regalo de Dios y somos administradores de este maravilloso organismo o máquina viviente la cual fue comparada por Sangre.
I had often wondered how such a pretty boy came to play music w such depth. With a buffet of all things shiny and superficial ways being at arm's reach, it is unusual for someone to really dig as deep as Jesús has. But this definitely explains it: In much way the fat guy learns to be the funniest man in the room, this guy had to have peak musicianship to make it - couldn't skate by w just his good looks. Now he's the complete package. Just incredible.
Quite unpopular opinion, but we can't really deny existence of such patterns that it often takes more work internal and external to reach the same level of recognition when you don't have looks.
I on the other hand came to this channel from one of the older videos showcasing his piano playing skills and searched his name and wasn't really sure if I found the correct channel.

I lost 4 inches off of my waist during Civid-19 break. Life started up again, and I’ve gained 3 inches back. I live a stressful life. Covid was a big life lesson and eye opener for me. Ill be making changes soon.

Hace como 6 años vi un video donde tocabas *temprano yo te buscaré* a dúo con tu misma persona, y pues quedé impresionado con tu interpretación y empecé a seguirte, ese video era del 2013 y tenías 16 añitos, ya eras gordito, pero no tanto.
En el 2018 nos visitaste en la iglesia de Cali para una master class y ya estabas super gordo, ya no tenías garganta sino cumbamba de lo gordo que estabas😱 ya parecías de 40 por el cuerpo.
Gracias a Dios tuviste ese cambio extremo para el bien de tu salud y bienestar, francamente te ves irreconocible, te ves muy bien acorde a la edad que tienes.

Wow, Jesus Molina sigo tu musica desde hace mucho tiempo... desde orque eras gordito hasta tus colaboraciones con Adrian Romero y uno de los integrantes de sin bandera, eres un referente para crecer musicalmente, Dios bendiga tu vida... yo tambien padezco esa condicion de sobre peso, llegue a pesar 176 kilos y desde hace casi 2 meses decidi cambiar, ya peso 170kg no tengo actualmente la posibilidad de una operacion, pero si puedes darme algun consejo, lo atesorare mucho!!!! sleep apena is horrible i can "sleep" 12 hours and still be completly exhausted but im getting my CPAP machine next week ive tried it and it had a radical postive effect in my life i finally energy and slept well its just hard to get use to

Anyone watching this please remember this is still a dangerous elective surgery. A woman from USA just passed in Mexico from weight reducing surgery.
I'd be curious to know if the benefits outweight (no pun intended) the risks. Sure all chiruical operations carry some risks, yet obesity does too.
That doctor had a bad record, apparently she just went for the cheapest Doctor in Tijuana, there are more doctors that are good, is very similar here. Do your research, we have very good doctors in Tijuana and Mexico.
