I've read thru a translated article (Korean to English) that Ten mentioned that when it comes to his worries especially singing, he would confide with Taemin (hyung) and Taemin told him that his vocal singing is still new and this time "let's use it to its full potential." Ten received a good advise from Taemin also as a performer. You can actually find that translation from twitter.
I remember I read an article just now that Taeyong said, that the choreography of this (One) is untouchable because Taemin (hyung) fixed and helped with every detail of the choreo.

If you listen closely - you can hear The Avengers-Theme constantly playing in the back. Super M & Marvel cooperation. Taemin at the end is basically Nick Fury ;-) - the whole thing started with the first Teaser Trailer - Taemin being the mastermind behind everything. They really are The Avengers Of K-Pop. The sign on the phone goes from the Infinity Symbol to ae = one.

I actually didn’t like this song when I first heard it but it’s really growing on me... It do be kinda catchy doe 😳

Fun fact: if you know SHINee's song history you would see several references to iconic SHINee moments within "One (Monster & Infinity)" For instance, SHINee has a song called "Sherlock (Clue & Note)" which was created by combining two songs from SHINee's Sherlock album "Clue" and "Note" to create their title track "Sherlock". Just like how "One (Monster & Infinity)" takes two songs, "Monster" and "Infinity" from SuperM's album to create their title track "One" on their Super One album. Also, as the SuperM members made reference to during their press conference, the part that you like in the choreography that uses that finger move is very reminiscent of an iconic part of SHINee's "Lucifer" choreography.
Although "One (Monster & Infinity)" is still so new, that I haven't really had time to think about or analyze what is happening in the MV yet, right off the bat, what I see are references to Kai and his role in EXO's storyline with the numerous pyramid symbols you see throughout the MV. If you remember, Kai's symbol is a pyramid which represents his teleportation superpower.
The fact that SM has now officially partnered with Marvel to fully bring to life SuperM's concept of being the Avengers of Kpop and the fact that their storyline is supposed to be about creating an Avengers-like group to help EXO battle the Red Force. Only makes me more sure that SuperM's storyline and all the groups represented within SuperM are all connected to EXO's larger storyline.
And at the end, what you see are flashes of the teasers from their "Jopping" MV, which was how SuperM was introduced and it showcased the members special powers and abilities and helped to establish the group's concept and storyline, etc. Which was a lot like how EXO's storyline was started and has unfolded over the years. The last clip with Taemin and that LG (the electronics company) device is new, and besides being a product placement ad, it also is clearly the next clue or piece of SuperM's storyline. i'm pretty sure Taemin is setting up something that will become important in the future to continue SuperM's story. Plus, if you notice, I think Taeyong is the one that uses the same device in the MV during the part where they have the tan outfits on.It's part of the overall storyline.
If you want to understand more of how SuperM and EXO connect, if you haven't already, you should watch all of SuperM's pre-debut teaser videos. They are what sets up the storyline and explains each of the member's role in the group. But like EXO's concept, everything to do with SuperM is just as mysterious.
