    Fake foods comprised of dyes, preservatives, & additives are just everywhere in our modern food systems. They're often preferred for the sake of implied convenience or perceived cost savings, but they're options that are very likely wreaking havoc on our bodies.     I think it's turmeric that is a great natural anti-inflamatory.

      Thank you very much!!! I love those Oaks. They are so beautiful. I know my husband & I will be old, & then gone, before these baby trees grow up big & grand, but I still love to plant them & see them grow! We didn't get any seedlings transplanted this year, but I am planning for some tree seedlings for 2025. Thank you for watching & commenting!

    I used to be addicted to mountain dew. So so yummy. I still remember how good it tastes, but it's really not worth how it tears up my stomach. I quit drinking it a couple years ago. Once a month I'll have a root beer, but I just don't drink soda anymore aside from that.
    I've been calling it food like products for a long time, I love that you called it that too!

      You have made an amazing accomplishment giving up mtn dew! Great work & very inspiring! I can relate to the struggle (& dependency) on soda...I go back & forth between swearing it off & letting myself indulge in it...& the worst part of the struggle for me is that there's no middle...it's hard for me to moderate it, & none is none, but one leads to lots. This morning was tough in terms of resisting temptation...I really wanted a Dr Pepper, but I told myself no. One no at a time! Now, on the upside, Tina, this morning, I really felt good. My hands weren't stiff at all, or sore, & my feet weren't stiff. My eyes were also much improved...no visual disturbance or delay in my eyes adjusting! Wow! So, I'm going to keep at it...filling my tumbler with 28 oz hot chicken broth soon to get me through this evening! 😊

    good walk & healthy food # but take balanced food which should consist of meat proteins , vegetables proteins & wheat glycogen # Since brain uses only Glucose as energy molecule use good quantity of above balanced food prior to fasting # drink Vitamin C b coz it has anti oxidants which neutralize millions of free radicals released by body cells which damage all body tissues # one of the cause of migraine is severe hypoglycemia , severely low blood sugar , which occurs when hunger persist for more than 9 -10 hours usually # ❤️🇵🇰

    Request permission to email or text y'all. I have questions on your Cornish rock cross. I am proud of you for dropping the sodas. That is a hard thing to do. Trust me. I know I am pre-diabetic and I did a no no this morning too much sugar in my coffee and I'm paying for it in space now.

      Sounds like you're starting off really well on this new journey. Just be careful and don't push yourself so hard that you give up because it hurts or is too difficult. I noticed in the one comment that they said to eat carbs because the brain feeds on glucose only. That's not true. The brain actually prefers ketones over glucose. There's so much information out there. I'm actually reading a book right now that contradicts most of what I've learned. I don't believe I will be following all of this Doctors advice, but it's still interesting to read. You will have to do your own research and do what you feel is right. I forgot to mention the other day that my favorite YT health influencer is Dr. Ekberg. He goes into great detail about how the body truly works. I highly recommend him. Good luck, and keep us posted
