Marinate meat - add sugar to med hot pot for caramel color stew - add gizzards lower heat do not move gizzards in caramel cover pot for 3 mins. - Open pot and stir gizzards to combine the color of the stew. - best result use a curry paste ( bottle any flavor eg. Tikka, Butter Chk, Rosh Johan) add paste to gizzard with fresh ripen tomato and let fry dry then add water to cook - let dry off until gizzard is tender and any gravy if you like .
