Stunning! I bought an 03 Volvo s80 and it’s almost at 200 thousand miles. Bought it back in November and I’m working on getting it back to pristine condition too! Gotta love older cars 🤙🏼cheers mate
Legends are fantastic vehicles. I am a Toyota and Lexus Fanboy but I used to own multiple Legends and they are amazing in their own right. Acura is my second in line behind lexus, but its just personal preference. They truly do not build them like they used to. I like to add sound deadening MLV or lead sheet under panels to block road noise, and it turns them into luxury vehicles that rival a rolls royce in how quiet they are.
Wow this gave me inspiration for my 2008 Charger R/T. I let it sit at my old job's lot when I bought my 2015 Charger R/T in 2020. Now that I'm retired, I had to move it from the lot to my driveway, where it's currently sitting, collecting dust. It starts and runs well but, I need to do something with it. After watching this video, I want to do what you did to the Lexus, minus the PPF. Thanks for the inspiration. BTW, sorry to hear about exit from CAP.
@@Aaalaamm I suggest you watch the other part of restoration in The Car Care Nut Channel. You know too much. What you are seeing here is only 1/4 of the battle.
@@Aaalaamm It's how youtube works these days man. If you're that SOD, go out, get some sunshine. Ahmed, explained all the costs in his channel. Oh so you're worrying about the leather seats? Reason Jason did not touch them is because Ahmed already planned to replace them all, and he did replaced all those seats after this detail. Good bye, sad boy.
Thanks, Jason (and Ahmed) for letting us all get a close up last Saturday of this incredible project. Those of us who understand that, for some of us, our cars are more they just transportation really appreciate you and Ahmed. Looking forward to all your new content.
Hi Jason, love this update! These headlights look different, like they are missing the orange reflector or something. I think these headlights look incredible with a white LS430.
Great job on the restoration I know how Amd feels about Lexus and Toyota I just recently bought a 2013 ISF in ultrasonic blue from my close friend and I love the car!
$45k if you did it you had to pay someone to do it. But when you are a Toyota mechanic and get parts at dealer prices and do most of the work yourself a lot less than $45k.
Get the heck outta here, I own a small used car dealership in Florida and I could do this mechanical and cosmetic restoration for $4,500 max using OE parts. But hey, let’s put a huge figurative number in the title for views. Aside from that, the cosmetic section of this restoration is done very well and I really appreciate such attention to detail. Thanks
In terms of quality this LS430 has to be one of the best cars EVER built. I just can't like the styling too much as it borrows too many styling cues from Mercedes. Still it's a truly magnificent car
confused? if being repainted, why wash and decontaminate? Quite frankly, the amount of time and effort you have done on all other parts, just repaint from bare metal.
God loves us all so much that he gave his perfect son to die for our sins and raised him from the grave to defeat death. Through faith in JESUS we can be saved and reconciled to GOD. please repent🙏♥️

I sure hope he didnt actually invest $45k into a $4k car . At the end of the day this things only worth $10k even after the resto . The chassis still has 600k miles on it.
It is more of an emotional appeal. For example M5 E39 is not worth a lot of money but people still pay top dollar for it. Even E38 7 series that one BMW mechanic was restoring got sold at nearly 40K. Sentimental value I guess is the right word and it is kind of cool.
It's clear you don't understand what true passion is. For us, it's not just about the car's market value; it's about the craftsmanship, the pride in every detail, and the love for what we do. The value of a car isn't just in its price tag-it's in the countless hours of dedication and skill that make it unique. If you see that as a waste, then you're missing the whole point.

Thank you for watching!
Dealerships be like:
I’ll give you $2000 for it.
I’ll sell it to you for $25,999
That's going to put a lot of lower mileage examples to shame.
Jason and company... that looks better than the day it came off the assembly line. !That was truly an example of "attention to details"!
Thank you Ron!

In my opinion for the 45000 dollars the engine should of been overhauled.
It was, you can see all that on the Car Care Nut channel.
How much was it to repaint the hood, fenders and bumpers? I'm thinking about doing mine
You should do this to a Toyota Avalon with the front split bench seating and column shifter since they don’t make that set up anymore.
Not only that but that buts it’s a japenese v8

Hi. What was used to polish car glass?
Bought some polisher from amazon and its junk
Just normal paint polish
Acetone on a microfiber would take that pinstripe and glue off in 2 seconds and cause zero harm.
That would not have worked. The pinstripe was baked onto the surface.
