For the first time in my life I've recently sunken to the point where I've seriously contemplated - and almost have - taking my life. It's a downward spiral. It's not a sudden thing, but just you feel day after day get tougher, and the idea of dying, by your hands or another's, becomes more resound in your mind. I feel the same mate👍 exercising can definitely help, I started taking an hour walk around the park early every morning, and twice a week lift some weights, isnt a cure but definitely helps me, I still struggle a lot.
