Hi.. It's raghav Big hole in cap for fit pipe properly And small hole in cap for air out come from bottle, if this hole not in cap , A vaccum will generate there and oil will not come from pipe . ✅ . I hope you understand matters. For in Hindi language reply me . ❤️
