Hi, when you use one sail for a wide range of winds (like in Olympic RSX or BIC Techno) you might benefit from this system. It allows you to adjust the sail while racing but also adjusting the tension on the mast without putting the sail to the water.
Hi Steinar, those are the lines for windsurfers who adjust their lines from very light wind to very strong while racing. This system allows for that. There is little or no point to have those lines for people who use the lines only for one wind condition
