This might be the most informative hindquarter break-down tutorial on CZcams. I'm cutting my first hindquarter this weekend, and learned so much from you. Thank you!

Very informative video. Some videos move so fast and throw pieces around that you lose track of what they are doing. thanks 👍 for putting these videos out.

Just a short note to let you know that you have a well done video. I can't understand why you have such a low number of view,s ... You might try contacting Guga Food's Do a youtube search and watch a few of their videos. It's a great cooking channel and get's a ton of viewer's. Offer them a few nice steak's to cook on their video's for mentioning of your business and website. I am sure it would help you a lot......Corey is a excellent butcher , someone trained that young man well. He is a natural , great skill.... Thanks and I look forward to reading your reply. Good luck .... Tennessee Tom

You filmed this too closely. Sometimes it’s hard to tell which side of steer you’re working on. Then, you flip and spin the primal cuts to the point where sometimes it’s had to tell which side is up...or maybe that’s out.

We did use multiple camera shots so folks could get an up close and personal view of the cuts. There other videos on this channel that might be easier to watch. Thanks for the feedback and we appreciate your input for future videos

Does this mean it is perfectly possible to get lean beef from an Angus bull? because I hate fat and marbling.

I enjoyed your video and found it helpful ... but I do not understand why you would have music that you are talking over? this is very annoying and makes it so hard to concentrate on what you are saying...

I'll do that for future videos. I'm a musician and play in a few groups. I used this same song for a pepperoni video which was my first video to get over 5k views. I appreciate your feed back and thanks for watching

@@knutzensmeats7957 I appreciate you responding and explaining... yes, the music is great, just for me, not the best scenario for it in this circumstance... The meat cutting was so interesting though. It helped me to make a decision to order a front quarter of beef today from a local family-owned business here on Vancouver Island... God Bless...
