I made the salted pie with courgettes using a round puff pastry roll. This appetizer or main course recipe is made simply and with few ingredients. The savory pie with courgettes can be eaten both hot and at room temperature and keeps well even the next day. If you try to make this dish please send me your photos. A greeting and the next recipe!
Ingredients for 6 people:
3 courgettes
1 roll of round puff pastry
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of grated cheese
200 g of mozzarella for pizza
olive oil to taste
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
First, finely slice the courgettes and place them in a container.
Put a non-stick pan on the stove with a drizzle of olive oil and two cloves of garlic and let the latter brown.
Add the courgette slices and sauté them over medium heat for 7/8 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Stir every now and then. When cooked, remove the garlic cloves.
Arrange the puff pastry, with its parchment paper, on a round pan with a diameter of 26 cm and prick the dough with the prongs of a fork. Trim the excess parchment paper around the dough.
Arrange half the courgettes on the pasta, place some mozzarella slices on top, and cover again with the remaining courgettes.
In a bowl pour the eggs and grated cheese, mix well. Pour the mixture over the courgettes, distributing it evenly.
Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, static mode, for 40 minutes.
