After listening to 432 this 440 wave sounds - momentarily - like a B flat.
But this noise sounds like the ROH tone for the Concord Telephone Exchange Inc. in Farragut Tn. Now TDS Telecom. Both the 400 hz. tone and the 440 hz. tone. Now It does say that g.t.d.-5 e.a.x. tone known as high tone was a 480 hz. tone. But I don't know if it might br a different system for the former Concord Teleohine Exchange Inc.
This tone is used in France Honduras etc.
