Hong Kong Dollar, that's the only official currency you can use in Hong Kong.
There are exchange boots all over the city that offer exchange to all major currencies used around the world to Hong Kong dollars.
All retail outlets, stores, etc. are displaying prices in Hong Kong dollars.
