I'd say it's a subpar set of DLCs. I dig Ryo Hazuki, but Yogscast? Football Manager? Team Fortress? Most of it barely has anything to do with Sega. I'm sure that if we could mod this game and put characters like Hotsuma, Sakura Shinguji, Bonanza Bros, Shion from Wonderboy or Axel Stone, we'd get a better roster.

This game is actually pretty balanced there really isn't a "best" character, it's all track dependent, metal Sonic can't hit most of the turns in the later tracks without having to slow down and waste many time getting his speed back due to his low acceleration

You are the best this is my childhood game but my first one was sonic and sega and sonic dash
1:30:25 Expert difficultly unlocked
3:29:24 this is the last level I’m stuck on (4 stars)
I beat it by using boost at the start, and making sure to drift off the stairs jump, right before the sharp turn.
I was stuck on Traffic Attack. I did all the other levels but the 1st Traffic Attack.
4 years later, I completed it. I was astonished.

I have a tips in carrier zone wen you go upp that ting in the water you go thru the cirkle and become a airplane then your much faster
