I hate it when people call something like this, “talent.” Nah, this is pure skill. Countless hours of hard work, effort and determination. I can tell you’ve put so much time into fine tuning your craft. It really shows in your work, man. Fantastic job. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
It's talent
This comment makes no sense lmao
A person's talents and skills are basically one in the same. Hard not to have one, without the other.
The replies to this comment make me sad and lose faith in humanity.
Absolutely! As if “talent” falls from the sky. Everyone should be creative and just do what he likes rather than be lazy and find excuses why he is not “talented”
Love how you took a pair of store bought sunglasses for parts and made a unique pair of sunglasses for yourself. Fantastic work!
Thanks Ricky!
Your content and creations are amazing. I can't wait until you start to blow up on CZcams.
Haha thanks Sean, I appreciate you watching ;)
I love how polished these ended up looking! Amazing work man!
Thank you so much dude! I know it was a while ago, but congrats on your work with Josh and making the Otis vfx pack ;)
Glad to see a CZcamsr who is consistent and gives thanks to their supporters. You're a respectable man and I look forward to seeing your channel grow!
Well done Miles, the little chrome pieces lift the sunglasses to a higher level!
Great project Miles!
Thank you Justin!!
These shades look super sweet! All that carving and shaping of compound curves on such delicate material must have pretty stressful. But they really turned out great. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks, Seth! It was definitely intimidating to start out with, but I feel like I gained some confidence by the end!
Skate-Shades, Dope!
Hehe! Thanks ;)
Great work on the build process. I like how you edit your videos too!
Beautiful shades! I really like how the lines lined up on the arms and the frame...impressive and very creative editing too!
Sick shades, cool editing and all around great video to watch. Thanks Miles 🤙🏼
You did such a good job on this. Fantastic editing and craftsmanship. I’m binging your channel lately. Keep up the great work. I should have you on the podcast sometime.

What a great idea 😊👍 the layering of the skateboards looks very stylish, well done 👍😊
Nice job guys!
Well done! Beautiful work. You are an artist.
Very well made! Beautiful
I think those are front chrome pieces are decorative and meant to resemble rivets. I don't know if there is an official name for them. I'd be curious to learn it if so.
more than EXCELLENT 😍👍😊❤️
Thats sick
This is amazing ❤👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I would absolutely love a pair of these as my prescription glasses. Great job so cool.

This was amazing! Thank you Miles.
Thanks for watching the build video Dustin! ;)
Made quite an amount of frames (from "just acetate" to 3d-printed metal with buffalo horn parts) and this looks really good! nice work Miles!
this is so epic!
Great stuff
Very cool Miles!
Thanks Andrew!
Is there anything you're intimidated to build? I've really enjoyed your content and am super impressed with your creativity.

nice work on the video! ☺
very groovy spectacles 😀
Thank you so much!! I'm glad you think they are groovy 😀
Those came out awesome!
Thanks so much!
No problem! Your channel is way underrated! I do what I can to support you. Couldn’t find a specific term for the inlays in horn-rim glasses…
you got some skillls!
Hope you made a lot of them so we can all buy a pair! Nice work dude!
Haha, at the speed I made these it would take a long time lol. Thank you so much Chris!
Well done dude. Not an easy challenge at all
Interesting idea
amazing. i most certainly would have broken this when filing and shaping the frames and thrown it across the room. kudos on the amazing work.
Thanks Chris!
Very good job. I am curious How did you manege to prevent frame and arms not to glue up together when you are fixing hinges. thanks for sharing.
Fresh!!
very cool !!!!!
Thanks Bill!
Wow, that's really cool. How often are you making a build like this and your hand slips while making the indentations cuts for the lenses or something similar? And btw, the ending scene is superb.
Thank you Jasper ;)
In my larger projects, things like that have definitely happened where I need to start over or fix it mid-way through, but I got lucky with this one! Thanks for watching!
Solid😎🤙🏽
cool, спасибо за видео, очень круто!
молодец!
Loved the dramatic ending! It must have been terrifying making the holes for the hinges to sit in!
Thank you, I had a lot of fun with the ending! And yes, it was rather scary to drill those holes ;)
Amazing
cool shades
thanks! ;)
Those are some great looking "shades"!
Just curious. How long did it take you to make these sunglasses?
You know what Miles, I think you intended that pun, and there is nothing you can say to make me think otherwise!
Super cool project! Where did you get the skateboards?
That was so cool! Those came out so much nicer than expected! You should have a Patreon account!
Thank you Tom!!
Excellent 👌
Thanks a lot 😊
Impressive.
You should get some miles out of those …
Hehe thanks Rob ;)
Dope.
Thanks Antoni!
Swagin for days
Nice.
Those came out super cute! Are you taking orders? 😏
Thank you! No orders yet haha
6:02 Chrome pieces are called "endpieces" in one word.
Awesome! Thanks you ;)
how much do you make one
make a wooden case for the glasses
wow :)
Great video... ^_^
👍
These are awesome man. I made a pair of shades out of skateboards a while back. I’d love it if you checked out the video!
What's epoxy? I only know what E-poxy is.
I meant to say Eeeee-poxy just a simple mispronunciation lol ;)
Membuang banyak Bahan😁 padahal ada cara simple dan tidak banyak membuang bahan
... один единственный вопрос:
"нахера?"
No mention of Woby Designs though?
I finally got to watch this video, I have been following on Instagram. It did not disappoint! Super cool sunglasses and great video!
Thanks Michael, took me a minute to get responding to some comments but I appreciate you coming over from Instagram to watch my video ;)
