@Bal Pinoy I'm an aurum, not a fan of boybandph. But, they are talented too, the problem is they are handle by ABS-CBN management, who wanted them to be like One Direction, so they don't often dance professionally. But they are good in singing, I watched their Wish performances and it's good. In contrast, SB19 is trained as hard as Korean idols do, so they are more talented in a way, since they can dance in sync and can sing live while doing hard choreographies.
Walang mga kwenta ang current groups ng pinas. Its time sb19 take over and inspire the new generation of filipino artists.

I really love how you give your insight about them. They are really good and they set high standards to filipino boy bands. And you're right about them needing proper production value and promotion and exposure.
If you wanna know their story recommend ko Lang yung video Nila with gma Iwitness episode with them. And videos that showcase their talent which is their dance practice (meron narin yung 2x version), and yung debut single Nila which is tilaluha.
I was also amazed when I first watched them. They are always on my newsfeed and I feel like they're just other new Korean boy group and so I did not bother myself to watch them. Until I saw this caption that they are Filipino. I feel so proud. They are an inspiration, their hardwork and dedication really pays off. Please also react to their M.V and like their dance practice?, they are so good.

That's the point; they're not cringey at all! I discovered #SB19 "by accident", as their MV was recommended by CZcams for me to watch. I agree with you, they're LEGIT to the max! SB19 is giving OPM a new sound and vibe! Really hoping for them to succeed in the Philippine music scene! I think SB19 could compete internationally thru their music using our language and by the help of kpop culture in modern style of music and performance which is the trend nowadays. I also think that their diction of the Filipino lyrics is a good combination to the music style. The most relevant part of their music and they show the world how talented the Filipinos and they use mostly our mother tounge, insted of pure english or korean. Still, it feels like our whole own. And just like what the leader said sejun, "Filipinos should not afraid to try to evolve in sing and dance department" I hope everyone should think that SB19 is promoting our own music in another level.

IDOL boy/girl groups is different from the normal boy/girl groups, u can think of an IDOL group as a product that you basically perfect before you present to the world. they basically trained for 3 years before their debut and they practice 1000x before their debit, thats 30x a day from Monday to Saturday.
