No, Seer is absolutely the worst legend in the game. I know your dog ass opinions on Wattson, but lets be real Wattsons ult alone is more useful than Seers entire kit, and Wattson is great for warding off third parties when played effectively. I aint tryna convince you that Wattsons a good legend anymore because we value different aspects of the game, however Seer is without a doubt the worst legend in the game regardless of how you look at it. His abilities do so little to influence the fight. Also what about Valk? You gonna get her to masters or are you just done completely?
