As the season progress I keep thinking about how this video is actually reversed. Lance is always there to deal with others problems and buries his own so that he can help with others, but Keith shows his flaws since he's a hot head. Let me just go cry in a corner now.
Okay So this video just displayed what has been going on my mind. This will be a long comment, so bear with me: okay so, everyone remember when Lance said he felt like the seventh wheel? The theory is he feels like this because everyone has someone to hang around. Keith and Shiro are obviously close(Not Sheith) as are Allura and Coran (duh last Alteans that exist besides Haggar,). They're often together or around one another. We can infer that Hunk and Lance were incredibly close before Pidge came into the friend group, based on the way they act towards each other. But as season one ended, and led into season two, notice that Pidge and Hunk seem to hang out way more often than Lance and Pidge, or Hunk and Lance. It's not even a matter of him feeling useless, guys. Lance literally feels like a seventh wheel because everyone else is paired up friend wise with someone else. BUT now we know that Keith is part galra, so he feels like an outsider. We probably can all agree that another reason Keith left Voltron was because how Lance was feeling. Shiro (CLONE) yelled at Keith as well in season 3-4 making Keith feel...how do I put this...? Rejected? Well anyway, if Lance found out about Keith and his problems and vise versa, and also got over their little rivalry thing (Which is common in most famous ships) they could be really good friends, and maybe more? We don't know their sexuality's, but there were many hints that it might work, so keep hoping my fello Klance shippers.
Summary: If their little rivalry, and started opening up they could honestly do what was displayed in the video (So thank you very much Cellyfish). Remember Keith almost killed himself too, so if Matt wanted to tell someone, why not Lance? Lance is Keith's impulse control. All they need to do is open up to each other and we can have a beautiful kid friendly ship.(If kids are going to learn about LGBT it better be in the show, right?).
