Before I get started, I need you to know that I'm not a fragrance expert. Further, scents are very subjective. What I think that stinks like cat piss, you might absolutely love. That being said, the inspiration for today's video is a guy I met the other night at a party who came up to me, and I could smell him, He was strong and pungent. It was disgusting. But I needed to know what he wore, so I asked him about his cologne. He said he was wearing Rabanne 1 Million. I had heard of it but didn't realize it smelled so bad. in my opinion it’s not the fragrance but how you apply it… always remember, smell good, not strong!
It depends heavily on the fragrance, general rule of thumb that I use is that after 1 hour you should still be able to smell me at and within 3 feet (basically just outside my reach and closer)
And also what season to use the right fragrance (like not wearing a super heavy scent in the summer)

Honestly like 1 in like 10 guys even wear cologne so if you want to rock Savauge, do it! There’s a reason it’s popular, it smells good. The fragrance community tells you not to buy it but honestly you might know like 1 or 2 people who have it. They make it seem like everyone you know smells like it…
And let’s say Sauvage was created after Aventus .
1 million has got me more compliments by females than I ever have with any other cologne

People seem to forgot the PH level of their own sweat can change how a cologne smells. What smells good on you can smell like 💩 on someone else.

No way! I love Azzaro Chrome, that’s one of my favourite colognes, and I have been told I smell good whenever I wear it, especially when I’m wearing the limited edition version of it, smells amazing!
I use Curve… compliments never stop with it from girls. And they say it smells different on me than they’ve smelled on others. 🤷🏻♂️

I’ve also tried imitations of Dior Sauvage, Tom Ford Oud Wood, Creed Green Irish Tweed and Creed Aventus. I also have a small sampler of Versace Eros.
My wife likes all of them to an extent but her favorite by far is Creed Aventus. So for me that is currently my go to and were I single I would rely on the most to catch some female attention. I really like it too. After this bottle runs out I’ll check out Revel.
Even though a cologne is popular, the MAJORITY of people do NOT wear cologne. So you are good to wear what works for you and if it is one of the super popular ones, then you will get A LOT of compliments.
I wear Cool Water everyday and have since I was like 12 lol my dad has used Cool Water since I think the early 90’s. Cool Water is amazing. Sauvage also has an amazing smell. I wear it for more special occasions tho. But to each their own.
Cool water has been my go to since the 90's. Women always compliment me on my smell but I never tell them what kind it is. Gotta be a little mysterious.

I do own your Villian Cologne and it is an EXACT dupe of Tom Ford Tabacco Vanille. 2 sprays and it lasts 12 hrs easy.

I personally don’t think any fragrance is bad. The man makes the fragrance, not the other way around. But I would say that over application of fragrance is the worst. I’ve smelt somebody in the gym before that reminded me of a nightclub bathroom.

Hey Alpha. I have rebel, hero and the best evening scent Villan. They mix well with my body chemistry. However the legend unfortunately does not. It is a little bit too bold for me. I will always buy Pete and Pedro colognes. You killed it brother.

The Adidas scents! I completely forgot about those! That was my first tip toe into trying to find cologne I liked and at the time I was in high school maybe junior year and didn't know anything except I was trying to impress my gf at the time. Honestly I remember I liked one of the fragrances they put out but the rest STUNK to me. I guess high school me really didn't know everything.
The one thing I have found is that you should find a scent that compliments your skin type also. I’m Greek, and have a more oily skin type, so found some scents that suit others, don’t work for me.

I am very picky with my fragrances. I have a few for spring/summer time and then a couple for fall/winter. Say what you will but I don't like Creed Aventus. The opening is nice but I don't like the dry down. Given that I am very picky and don't buy a ton of fragrances, I don't mind spending a bit more on one that I really enjoy. My favorite go to during fall/winter is YSL Lanuit De Lhomme. I get a number of compliments when I wear it and the longevity is good.
I mix 1 million with CK1. They smell amazing together

I bought a micro perfume of 1million and wore it to a smoked filled casino. I was standing in line and a couple behind me said someone smells good. It was me. I ended up buying a full bottle and I get complimented when I wear it.

I would prefer a street smell test with many women (young to middle age obviously) and all of these fragrances including the ''bad ones'', too see what they actually like, because you know I'm not putting on a fragrance for other man.

I’m a girl and I looove Dior Sauvage and Versace Eros😍(I’m not very familiar with the other ones from this video) My ultimate favorites are almost everything from Armani though, especially Armani Gio and Armani Code 🤍We all prefer different brands etc. I don’t care if the fragrance is rare or not as long as I like it on the guy☺️But some of the most common and popular fragrances are honestly just🔥Wont deny that.
There are so many "inspirations" of Creed Aventus that everytime that pineapple note reaches my nose I gag.
I was going to say the same thing. He would have been correct on his point 10 years ago but Aventus has been knocked off so much (and sometimes in better quality) that it's not really a hard smell to come across.
For me, price has a LOT to do with me buying a cologne…
All of my “every day” colognes are $20-30 and I refuse to spend more than that on an “every day” smell.
My “special occasion” cologne is Armani Code that’s $80 but it smells phenomenal and it literally lasts until I shower it off.

Nautica Voyage(been a fan for years), Duke Cannon(Heron and Sawtooth) at Target, Goodfellow & Co(sage and tonka) also at Target, Avon Alpha(best bang for buck), Avon Black Suede(goes on STRONG but settles to an Oak after an hour or so).
All of my every day colognes are $15-30 and last for months.
My fiancée compliments me ALL the time for smelling good.

What doesn’t smell right on one person, could smell wonderful on another. So, it’s all about the chemistry of that person. My first rule of thumb is if I don’t like the way it smells on myself then that’s a red flag not to buy or wear. Second get the opinion of the sales person, stranger nearby or someone you know that’s very opinionated to shop with you when buying cologne. Everyone should agree you smell amazing when you try it on. One or two squirts maximum.
I bought legend by Stetson...it smells good to me.

I agree with the „celebrity and sneakers fragrances”. The rest of the list are fragrances that are simply OK, but outdated in my opinion. We’ve smell them everyday for the last 10/15/20 years, so they became boring af. The problem with some people is that even if they wear fragrances that are OK, they overspray them, cause they think that „the more the better”, and they end up just stinking.
Tbh I would disagree on the Sauvage, that always smells great and that’s the kind of aftershave where you will get more and more people saying you smell great, the others I would agree are not so good, I’m glad I came across this channel because I’ve been using the full Tiege Hanley skin care system and tbh I wouldn’t use any other skin care system out there apart from Tiege Hanley or Particle

Really expected him to sell his new Icon fragrance "inspired" by Millisime imperial. I already have Armaf Milestone so I probably won't buy Icon. Sorry, Aaron. It's a nice summer scent though. His Villain scent is actually amazing. I'll repurchase it this fall because I've almost finished my bottle.
