A Hidden Otis Lift Bomba Lift at Sunway Pyramid (Orange Zone)

This Lift is a passenger Lift and Service Lift I don"t know why But it is still ok but the door close function on the lift is not working accept the open button but the right one is still ok I don't know why but it only goes to a shopping floor LG2 and LG1 and the service area floors G,F and CP2 Parking Floors B3, B2, B1 But the bell works but it doesn't have sound I don't know why
