This is Really Awesome! The King's Court Deck is my main Deck so I love seeing different versions of the decks to see what I can do to improve mine. (Even though i feel like it's good enough) nice work!
I actually love that, my main deck is Galaxy-eyes and when ever i watch other ytbers show off their galaxy eyes decks, i often cringe and get upset over how theyve built it (i never comment on it as there is no need to spread any more toxicity online then there already is), i wish i could enjoy other people using similar decks, maybe ive used the deck so often that its blinded me to what else my deck could do... Youve given me alot to think about

Losing 2000 attacks points hurts a lot more than people realized 😅
True and when you believe that your card is unaffected with other card effect (Immune)

This is my main deck right now. Slifer is a great floodgate. A silent swordsman also works great in the deck to shut down spells that might bounce or destroy Slifer.
you could throw in a small package of infernobleknight renaud, fire flint lady, and an infernoble arms durendal to actually use isoldes second effect. gets 2 other warriors on the field so you could go into an extra joker or even an opollosa.
and I do find it funny that sky striker just loses to a slipher if they dont draw their destruction spell.
The animation of constellar pleides is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Glad to see someone else repping the Face Card Knights! This version looks quite a bit more consistent than what I've got given I run 4 different targets for my three Thunderspeed Summons (Slifer, Triumph Joker, Ra regular and Ra sphere mode) along with two malicious and a bls taking up extra space. I'll definitely have to to try what you've got going on!
What would you recommend (if anything) for good spell/trap removal? I've got the two Twin Twisters in there atm and a Lightning Storm for going second
Raigeki and Lightning Storm are usually my go-to cards for monster removal. Though, Storming Mirror Force is not bad either. As for spell/trap removal, Twin Twisters is usually my preferred choice here since discarding any of the "Joker" cards doesn't really cost you at all. I try to keep the deck focused on the Knights themselves to prevent as many dead draws as possible.
run atleast a kaijuu or nibiru for ranking up (kaijuu is better)
@@johnny666nitro Well, I've already hit Platinum, so there's nowhere to go but down. Kaiju's are helpful, though in case, Ra Sphere Mode can be searched so its a bit more Reliable for me.
@@johnny666nitro I ran Nibiru before and found it did me nothing but harm. Replaced it with Maxx "C" as a going second option but Gameciel might be better depending on the situation.
It's amazing how Slifer can on paper utterly shut down the majority of top tier decks by just being on board. After all, it doesn't matter how much floating or recursion your Drytrons or Tri-brigades have, if your building blocks to said boss monsters are within his kill range, how can you expect to get rid of him?
I'm honestly tempted to run Mound of the Bound Creator to protect Slifer and Idaten. I just need to make a little more progress on this stategy and test it a bit more.
A good bit of Magic/Spell and Trap Cards once his protection effect after his Summon is up?

@@kassimaymen3611 very true, but not everyone is going to get first turn lightning vortex and a lot of the top meta decks put their reliance on removal all in their monster line up, which will be very difficult to get out if Slifer keeps destroying the stones leading to it.
Not trying to imply Slifer is secretly meta, just in the right circumstances this gimmicky boss monster can stuff them.
Ahh nice, I have been playing this with mostly all King's Court cards and some other extra deck stuff. I like this rendition.

There should be like old school yu gi oh card tournament no links, synchro and all those new stuffs suck to go back from only fusion summoning then new cards that you dont even understand how they works but still this game really makes all of those yugioh players really want to come back
I tend to like some of newer cards since they synergize really well with old ones (all the new Dark Magician cards are super fun).
Though having alternate formats for classic players would really help this game. Going on ranked and seeing the same 6 or so current meta decks is really... draining.
I main King's court + Ra (main combo is Ancient Chant + Joker's Straight) and you gave me some great ideas to improve my deck, so thanks! One question: why World Legacy Succession over Monster Reborn?
No real reason. Sometimes I use both Reborn and Succession.
How good is it? King's court + RA
@@ahmadmashouqa8540 It gets Ra to 12,000+ ATK which is enough to OTK even a 4000 ATK monster, but it isn't very consistent. It's still fun though, and with King's Court you could make a lot of XYZ monsters that can come in handy; it is definitely not a competitive deck, I'm still trying to work on that part.

This is not oldschool at all. Most of the current play enablers of the archetype came out in King's Court, a booster set from seven months ago. Arcana Extra Joker is a Link monster for fuck's sake, how can it be oldschool?
@@hppvitor it revolves around cards released in what... 2003? 2005? heck I played these cards back in the earlier days of synchros to get into arcana knight joker with king of the swamp's. was really fun to just drop a nearly 4k dingus onto the field with occasional protection.

@@KyuubyMaster no... just like every God card, it has protection, sadly, it's only on summon, but because of the Kings Court cards, which directly support it, it gets further protection. The only thing you'd need to worry about is skill drain, but the set of cards are versatile enough that you can run a few spell removal cards, especially since most of the cards recycle themselves back to the hand.

I have been running a kings court slifer deck in the xyz events mine is a bit more god card focused with mound of the bound and thunder force attack and a divine evolution to help keep slifers atk up after I play my hand
i use kingscourt with many xyz summon like utopia double or pleiades. they are pretty consistent but lack in negates,
I really never thought of making a king court deck. I have one on nexus but not on here. Just wish you could get rid of some of the xyz's from the event thats goin on

I just started the game, is there anything that I have to do to unlock the Pledge of the Sword; its not showing up in my shop
You need to at least craft or obtain a SR card from the set, and it will unlock for you. Try crafting any one of the "Joker" cards within the deck editor and that should do it.
Only issue i have with kings court decks is bricking by ending up with too many knights in the grave, only way to help with it that ive found so far is a card i think is called hand destruction( discard 2 then draw 2) any additional tips to help with that aside from joker wild, straight, and joker knight?
Honestly, that is just way this deck ends up sometimes. You could also use Trap Trick to get to Joker's Wild quicker.
Did that Brick-Eyes- I mean Blue-Eyes player just *forget* about Silfer's attack drain ability or were they that desperate?
Probably lol. Though, these duels were in the lower ranks around the launch day, and Slifer isn't so common.

This deck is really fun. Its just hard to run in the current ranked climate, so I have recently combined it with Exosisters to deny Graveyard strategies (Eldlich, Live Twin, Phantom Knight, etc...). But, if you can summon Slifer consistently, or search out Ra Sphere Mode, I think you're in a decent spot.
@@CronoEpsilon I see, currently I'm attempting to work with a variation of the deck list, since Gozen match can lock you out of certain extra deck monsters, so I'm running court of cards as an alternative. Though i am missing a decent chunk of the extra deck, namely the second number 39: utopia and isolde

What boosters did you open for the kings Court?
Its called Pledge of the Sword. It uses Arcana Triumph Joker as the featured card.

Honestly. I don't think I ever did. You could technically summon it with Proxy F Magician at least.

I’m trying to run a king’s court with slifer deck, but I think either my deck isn’t that good or I just keep getting cucked by my RNG and meta teams-
The latter is most likely true. I made this deck during the opening days of Master Duel at lower ranks were Blue-Eyes and Dark Magician decks were popular. At higher ranks, I usually bet on Utopia Double + Honest if my options are limited.
@@CronoEpsilon that’s fair, any recommendations or are the god cards just useless?
@@Ma064gamer If you can get Slifer on board turn one, I think its worth it since the Joker cards fill your hand back up, though he does need some protection from card effects. Winged Dragon of Ra is a big gamble, but Ra Sphere Mode is a must for problematic monsters you can't defeat otherwise. It can be searched with Thunderspeed Summon too.

Synchro heavy decks are weak to Osiris....
The only reason anyone loses in yugioh is cause they never read before playing into very stupid and obvious traps
just play against eldict, tri brigade, withcrafter or dragonmaid deck.. if u win maybe that's meta deck 😂

@@bigarizkysunarya_0489 Honestly, any competent deck can compete in Platinum (I even lost to Exodia earlier). Its kind of a low bar to meet right now. Though, if you want to get there quicker, definitely add hand a little more hand effects than I do to disrupt your opponent if you ever start second.
Otherwise, in regards to this deck, drawing any of your "Joker" cards ensures you have a play ready every turn.

@@bigarizkysunarya_0489 One or Two is okay, though Osiris is typically a dead card in your hand if you have none of your Joker cards, or anyway to Tribute summon right away. However, it can be searched from your deck with Thunderspeed Summon (Winged Dragon of Ra, Sphere Mode can be searched too), so you don't really have to run that many if you don't want to. I just have 1 because I can squeeze it in.
Though, my deck doesn't focus on the Egyptian Gods as much, it is fun to bring out and Osiris is very oppressive to Link based decks.
