Sadly, one of my budgie couples died at a young age and the other one is left as a widow. I suspect it was proabbly liver disease, although there were no signs of fatty tissue anywhere, beak discoloration, etc. All I would feed my budgies were millet and water and a few fruits here and there. I regret feeding them millets as a main foood source. It was an accident. From now on, I will only feed them pellets and a bit of millet as a snack on occasions.
Can seeds in droppings be a symptom of liver disease?
