  • Kent arable farmer Andy Crow is one of the many UK farmers battling against our record breaking wet weather. He has a 48 hour window of opportunity to get out on his fields in his Fendt tractor and catch up on his jobs. He's already a month behind on his fertilising and as he says, his crops are "running out of grub and getting wet feet."
The equipment he's using is state-of-the-art and ensures the fertiliser only goes where the spreader hasn't yet touch - and his super expensive floatation tyres are designed to keep him from getting stuck in all that soggy soil - These are specialist bits of rubber and cost £22K+ for a set of tyres and wheels.
