Regarding the people saying that you do too much off camera, I think you might have reached a point where its been so long and your audience has grown enough that people no longer remember the initial times that you explained a basic part of your process or maybe even never saw you explain it in the first place. You're often like "You've seen me do this a thousand times so I'll do this off camera", but if someone just started watching you this year they might not have ever actually seen you do it on camera before.
Maybe a "Wig Styling Basics: Refresher Course" type of video is in order so all your tips can be in one video that you can point to from now on.

It'd be great if you did a beginner's wig styling kit for merch with your Jaymes Mansfield Beauty branding. Like a wig brush,travel sized hairspray,bobby pins,Pearl head pins,five pack of standard rollers,etc. That'd be quite ingenious honestly,but idk if that'd be too expensive to manufacture.

I collect magnets and hair accessories like hairpins. I also collect Christmas ornaments since I haven't taken down my fake tree since Thanksgiving 2018. Or pup accessories because you always mention your Shiba. These are a lot of ideas... My bad.

James that wig is a great color on you, and with that dress it really makes your skin tone pop out! You should try this shade of hair more often! I do have some suggestions ideas for future merch. I would love to a clothing line T shirts and maybe hoodies with your face or logo, and plus size too for the more plumper queens of beauty! I remember when you did Drag eye and I saw the shirts and I wanted one bad but I don't know if they were sold out or discontinued Maybe even a Calendar for next year, sunglasses would be interesting, maybe even mugs, I forget what their called, but the kind when you have a hot beverage it changes the color of the picture. I also thought of maybe reusable shopping bags that has a print of all your beautiful drawings of Misty and Ursula, in their different outfits all over the bags. Maybe even a makeup line? Ooh that be cool to see what ideas you would bring to the makeup realm.
