- You can customize your Apollo Phantom's suspension by adjusting the 4 springs located next to the tires on the scooter. It's really easy to do, and all you need is a spanner tool!

$1700.00 for the V2 Phantom + $400.00 for the V3 upgrade kit. You’d think they might include one of those suspension adjustment spanner tools in the Apollo tool kit. Especially since it’s a much more obscure tool than the set of Allen keys / wrenches they throw in for free. In my opinion it would have made sense to include one in the kit. I would have rather went without the Allen wrenches, if it meant, I could’ve had this tool for free. If only for the trip It would have saved me to the hardware store to search for the tool needed for adjusting the springs on the suspension.
Yes electricians you the tool needed for tightening the nut on the end of the conduit that attaches to your electrical breaker panel box. But those tools are usually made of very thin sheet metal and the don’t work very well for adjusting the suspension adjustment nut. I am again advocating that Apollo Scooter’s should include one in the Apollo tool kit. Or at least include the exact name or specifications of the tool needed. I still don’t have a f**king clue what tool actually works.
Canadian tire has them for 17$. It's called a locknut wrench
They do that so you're more likely to purchase it separately 💰
If you’re looking for the wrench in the video, it’s called a locknut wrench. U can get em at a Home Depot or lowes, electricians use them
Can you guys please make a video on how to adjust the suspension on the ghost?
Love the phantom V2. Couple small issues though. The fenders are smacking into the top of my brakes when I go over bumps. My rotor came slightly warped right out of the box. The covers for the charging ports are no longer connected to the straps cause they broke. Other then that I love this scooter!
Hi Chris, we're glad to hear you're loving your scooter so far!
You can try bending the fender brackets back a bit to give more clearance over the tire, and you can contact our support team for the brake rotor and anything else you might need :-)
Please email support@apolloscooters.co!
that tool is for electrical connectors you can get it at Home Depot it allows you to tighten your electrical connector into a electrical box I have a few of them.
Great video guys!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
That tool is for the locknuts on electrical connecters. Good video
How making it the stiffest would affect driving? And how about making it the highest?
is that suspension wrench included in the Apollo ToolKit?
its not, looks like it only includes tubes, screwdriver with multiple heads, different sized allen wrenches for hex bolts, and a small tire pump
It is not included with the toolkit. While the spanner tool works well, you can use other things like a wrench :-)
@@ApolloScooters which size wrench would you say?
Does this tool come with the scooter?
It does not, but you can also use a wrench.
I've got a fever and the only cure is the Apollo phantom
And maybe a little bit of cow bell ;-)
I’m not a handy man. Can someone give me the correct spelling of the tool needed?
Gardner Bender LNW-750 Locknut Wrench, 3/4"
Great video! Any links to this type of spaner tool to purchase? Thanks?
I bought one on Amazon. It's called Gardner Bender LNW750 3/4" locknut wrench. Most hardware stores carry it too.
what is the size of the shocks
How to protect the scooter from theft?

Damn, I've got a Newton Metre built in to my hand, though it simply means I need a career change!
