- We put fancy wheels and tires on our mini, but THEY RUB LIKE CRAZY. So we bought the cheapest 2 inch lift kit we could find and put er on.... well kinda.
We used the kit for the fronts but made different choices for the rear. Check it out and tell us what ya think!
Overall the kit we got from @xpertaccessories5353 was well put together, but did require a bit of "tweaking" to make us happy and we ditched the shackle lift and instead opted to make our own two inch lift blocks for the rear.
Here's a link to their kit! (Not sponsored)

Great Video and solid instruction!!
I like the way you did the rear can you put into more detail how you held the leaf springs. I’d try to do this myself when I get one in the very future. I think the front could be lifted slightly more.
Just a combination of different ratchet straps to hold/shift the rear axle around while we fabbed the lift blocks. Blocks are much more robust and work much better than shackles.
We may try to design a small body lift for the cab. But suspension wise, if ya go any higher with spring spacers, the cv axles start to bind. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment!
Why didn't you clean all the crap off everything before you started? Everything you touched was dirty. Then you could have chucked some paint around for corrosion protection.
It'll get spruced up soon. We've got some neat plans for the mini that'll make it one of a kind! Stay tuned!
I know its been a while since you did this... but the toe setting should have been done with the weight on the tires; not at full droop.
You are correct. This setup is a little unique and getting a baseline was helpful. Thanks for the comment!
A nice upgrade for the truck, curious how you will clearance the door. Thx
There will be sparks and metal shards!
