tie two over hand knots as shown,
fold the second overhand knot as shown,
even-up the symmetry of the ends,
pull the midpoint through the overhand knots,
invert,
gently pull into shape,
twist the pairs of the ends in a wringing motion,
variable degrees of tightening/ adjusting size
