- White Day (3/14) is a day where men (and sometimes women) give gifts to people who gave them chocolates on Valentine's Day. Today I made cheesecake and a chocolate cup cake for Rachel.

Its a pretty easy trick to crack it with one hand. Just takes practice for some people. A few years back i worked in a kitchen and just paid attention to how they held the eggand just picked up on it like second nature
I'm so bad at everything else to do with baking and cooking, yet I only ever crack eggs with one hand. Why is that totally useless skill the one thing I find easy in the kitchen? 😭

It totally warms my heart to see a couple like this! I see so much of myself in Jun because we’re both Japanese...but I also see a lot of myself in Rachel because we’re both American. I do love that Jun did something so romantic for Rachel though, ‘cause we Japanese men aren’t usually romantic that way...however, learnt from my dad so I’m the same way. In Hawai’i, May 1st is “Lei day”, and EVERY April 30th, for 4 decades, my dad would go out and buy a lei for my mom so she would have a lei every May 1st when she woke up. 😍😍

My next questions are based on also what was said in the "How We Met" video. How close was the look on her face to when she first met you, when you told her that you liked her, when you asked her to marry you, your wedding day?
Thank you for sharing this moment so I can relive feelings and memories from my 8 years with my late husband before his sudden and unexpected death. I can say as a widow (4 years now) that the experiences you two have been able to have along with the videos because of CZcams will be much more precious than the largest diamond on Earth.
I love seeing your videos because your personality and how you show love to Rachel is very much like my Jeff and how I showed Jeff love was very much like how Rachel shows love to you. Also Jeff and I became best friends first much like how you and Rachel were before you became romantically involved. I will forever believe this is the best and most solid way to begin a marriage because you like each other as people before any romantic feelings ever develop so when "The Honeymoon Phase" ends there is always that best friend you do not want to be without.

This the second time that I have watched this video and I now realize that I should have made this comment way back then Jun, here in America if you get a score above 8 you have hit a homerun, it is almost impossible to get a 10 , the fact that you got a score of 9 means that your wife was really,really,really,really impressed by your effort's, to put it in a southerners terms ,you done good boy!

Plenty of people have started late in life with less-than-ideal circumstances and still managed to come out better than when they went in. Just do a quick internet search and there are examples of them everywhere.
Point is that if you sit around agonizing over how unlikely it is that you'll reach your goals instead of actually being out there trying to make them happen, then you'll never get anywhere. Telling yourself that you'll never have something is easy and almost comfortable in a way. Actually trying to do something and allowing yourself to hope and work on your goals is harder.
