Does it work well for low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt

Low fat is fine, but it can't be low sugar. The sugar is what keeps it from freezing solid.

great looking end product.. yummilicious.. - i have tried a few times, the basic vanilla ice cream recipe. The bowl is frozen, 36 hours in the freezer - the ingredients mixed and chilled overnight in the fridge.. - i did the churn for 20-25-30 mins.. stayed too liquid .. great taste, but too liquid... any clue ? might it be the cream not being 'heavy' enough ?
