  • This video looks at the 3 greatest players in the GOAT debate in NBA history: Michael Jordan, Lebron James, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. It looks at every age of their careers to see just who was the most dominant at each age. This is in direct response to Nick Wright's comments that Lebron has been the best at most ages of his career compared to MJ and Kareem.

I'm confused as to what the faulty analogy is. I agree the east was very weak in Lebron's first run to the finals and I also agree MJ's 1st round opponent's were dominant teams his first few seasons. I think in all his playoff losses the team he lost to either won the title or lost in the finals (except the 59 win bucks team which was loaded with talent).

You have a faulty analogy. MJ played the 59 win Milwaukee bucks in the first round at age 22. Lebron played first round team with 41-41 record. He also played at 41-41 team in the since round. He played a 52 win team in the weak eastern conference finals that season.
It was known that while we came out of the eastern conference which was so weak would simply be fodder for the western conference champ spurs.

It wouldn't be difficult to see how MJ would have done in the NBA . Before MJ went to the NBA he played against legit Allstars as a member of the Olympic team and beat the NBA best players 8 in a row going 8-0 so I don't know what your talking about.
