UPDATE: Took the test early this morning and I passed it!! The FAU videos and this video helped a lot. I had a lot of Articles of Confederation questions on mine. The only question I regret getting wrong was the age on becoming a representative. It's actually 25 ...I ended up putting 18 lol. Other than that, court cases and amendments are crucial. They give you an excerpt from the constitution and you got to see which amendment or case aligns with that piece from the excerpt.
@@erenantoun I passed it. The sample exam had basically no questions related to the actual test tbh. Know about these court cases: Miranda v Arizona, brown v board of education, Plessy V Fergusson, Madbury v Madison, and Map v Ohio. Also know some amendments like 4th, 5th, 19th, 21st, and some more I can’t remember. Then just know about famous American documents like Mayweather compact, constitution, federalist papers, Declaration of Independence, and English constitution I think
@@erenantoun Also know what the rule of law is. Basically president can’t do illegal shit. That’s all I can really remember was on the test bro good luck
I passed 😁 the supremacy clause is important and the landmark cases and amendments as well! If you can memorize that then you’ll pass easily. Any other questions are pretty much common sense. Also questions about the Declaration of Independence and who wrote the federalist papers
I learned a lot in 7min. I'm planning on taking the exam Tuesday after President's Day. I saw your previous video and plan on using the FAU videos. If you have another other suggestion, let me know.
I’m happy the video was helpful. I used flash cards and an app called Musi so I could listen to that FAU video on the way to work. I listened to that video 5+ times. It’s super helpful. Knowing which amendments that go with the which cases is important. They will tell you an amendment then you have to match the case… Hope that helps. I know you will pass. You got this 💯
@@robvandam1114 The first 2 videos. I used an app called Musi to listen to the video in my spare time. I’m not good at history or law so I had to listen to it a lot of times.
