I have found out that there are only Minotaur heads guarding the Underworld and Mt. Olympus. It seems during this Mortal v Immortal thingy, they themselves must be neutral or something. Curious as to why they'd be Neutral, but whatever.

For the gold one, I found that you can use shockwave grenades to propell you into the gold, breaking it all at one. Great option if you don't have wings since your almost gauranteed a shock from the three rare chests that spawn within the bunker
