To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. czcams.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

You really need to do a video with a ranking chart of ear buds. Rank best audiophile, best bass, best workout, best noise cancellation, best overall value, etc.

Just got mine today..I love them !!!you must download the app and set them up. Thought they were trash at first, but when I downloaded the app the sound profile changed and I was very happy with the Bass and clarity

Just got mine today and am really impressed! Had the AirPod pros and honestly was not overly impressed, especially for the price, so they got sent back. After using my Air 2’s for a few hours I can say that I am happy with my purchase and saving a few bucks as well
I went out to purchase these based on your recommendation and I was not disappointed. I own Jabra 75t Elite Active - they keep failing out my ears; Samsung Galaxy + nice but limited on enhanced sound; Probeats - loud but limited equalizer. I performed the hearing test and the synchronization was flawless. You are my new guide on earbuds, thanks for review I would have never looked at these due to the $84.00 cost at Best Buy. I've been duped too many times by cheap buds but not this time.

Bought these 4 days ago and I am BLOWN AWAY on the sound quality and features that are available. Other companies should take notice on how Anker places it's customers as top priority #1. I will keep these and I will be selling my Amazon buds that cost more and have less features. Also the Anker Liberty Air 2 have a nice fit and don't hurt my ears when listening to music for long periods of time. My Amazon Buds HURT after 1.5 hrs of music listening and I have to rest my ears, which have a red spot where they sit in my ear.

People need to be aware that these no longer have auto pause ear detection. Instead there’s a single tap option within the fully customisable controls. Maybe not a deal breaker for most but I certainly ordered them thinking they had it and cannot see anything in the listing that says it’s been removed!!

I have one of their older bluetooth earbuds with the wire wrap around. I love the quality of them but wanted to get truly wireless and got raycon, but after almost a year they don’t pair to watch other anymore and when I saw the new anker soundcore I was hyped

Thanks to you, today I just ordered a pair of Soundcore Liberty Pro 2 ($79 @Best Buy) for office and travel; the Soundcore Spirit X2 for workouts ($79 @Best Buy). Also ordered the Soundcore Motion Plus Bluetooth speaker for the bedroom and hotel room when traveling last month for $99 @ Amazon. You’re a champ here on CZcams, keep up the great work. Opted to stay with Soundcore over the new Apple Beats 4 headphones ($149) for the cost savings. I’ll see if my choice was a wise one. Finger crossed.

I hear the mic quality for the Air's are off the hook in comparising to the pro's.

Excellent videos and infectious enthusiasm sir. Based on your review of these buds, I've just ordered these on Amazon same day delivery so they should be in my hands and in my ears before the end of today. I also considered the Liberty Pro 2 and watched your review of those and your direct comparison videos too which made me lean more towards this pair for the longer comfort and better mic quality for calls rather than the stronger bass feature on the Pro 2 model.

Cool video, I was waiting for something like this. I had the Liberty 2 Pros and the sound quality was great but they were uncomfortable and made my ears sore after a while so I was already looking into getting the Liberty 2 Air so the fact that they came out with a pro version of that is great
The word for highs that hiss is "sibilant". When you buy headphones (or earbuds) you don't want sibilance :). Love the channel!

I know it’s been almost a month, and I’m sure you’d have mentioned it, but do you get the slightest amount of hissing or white noise in the background of these? Noticeably right after playing or pausing, when the music has stopped but the earbuds are still sending data. I just opened mine today and it’s the only thing keeping me from loving them. My TaoTronics had zero hiss so I’m disappointed that these do.

But for calls, only one side (right side is working).
Even on the app, only one side is getting connected.
Quite frustrated with Liberty air 2.
I had no such problems with Sabbat E12 ultra and Tronsport spunky beats.

@@uzairules Mine don't pause at all when I take them out of my ears which I was disappointed in. I have an iPhone but maybe with an Android they would pause? I've tried finding the setting in my app and there's no such setting that I can find so if someone can help me out with that, I'd appreciate it.

@@pammeyer7082 Sorry to dissapoint seems like Anker has changed this feature. I ordered two one in white & the other in Black - The white one is apparently an older manufactured model and has auto-detection for any phone (iOS or android) whereas the black one which is a recently manufactured does not sport that feature. A very biggg let down for me if I'm being totally honest 🥺😢

Great review. I had bought these in december but had to return them. Pairing was a problem for me, no matter what I tried. I could only get either the left or the right paired but never both. Even with support help, I had no luck.. Am thinking of giving them another try.

I love my sound and it has to be just right! everything is so balanced. then you do the hear id. makes a bit of a difference for me, I stick to the hear id for me to be honest I do the EQ's too. They do crank up loud! my personal opinion is that they put the wf-1000xm3's to shame on the high volume as, they damping the bass up full! you have to turn it down a couple of notches to hear the bass again! great review! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I already bought the headphones on Amazon and they are spectacular for such a cheap price. I'm thinking of getting the earbuds also, and would love to have you review them.
