Sir, please add this information as well to those who want to study in France:
To study in a public university in France, you will only have to pay 243 euros as tuition fees+ CVEC fees 103 euros per year. To get accepted in a public university, one needs a DELF B1/B2 in French as well as IELTS depending on the course one takes.

Some public university offer English courses which doesn't need french language.... And IELTS/TOEFL is mandatory with atleast B1 level for these courses
Idk about other universities but my university updated their tuition fees from 243€ to 250€ this year.

There are english taught programs in public universities in france which doesnt require IELTS/TOEFL at all if the UG is done in english medium. And the fee for such course is 3500 for masters plus 243+ 103 euros.
