you can make her a fenced in cage type thing. I do beleve its called a cato, its a special big cage made with 2x4s and chicken wire, this way she can go outside and besafe
Do you think maybe Stevie is stressed because of all the other pets? When a cat is stressed they tend to not use the litter box erratically.

My cat prefers pine pellet litter (it also smells better and is less messy). You could try that for Stevie and see if she likes that.
We use shredded paper for my one cat, he loves it and it’s decently easy to clean haha no smell I guess but my allergies couldn’t handle it if it did lol

Secondly, MAD respect in terms of having a Superbowl Party. Being an Introvert, more than ten people concentrated in any one spot cranks my Spidey-Senses. (And with it being Superbowl, it's been ruined for me since I was a teenager when I learned that spouses watching the losing team used to catch the depths of Hell from their partners, or if they made exorbitant bets and were on the losing end, which again... enough said. Again, great job.

Omg I love donating to other places than goodwill or savers too. I'd rather just GIVE the things I'm not needing anymore to someone who needs/wants them then it being sold, and at goodwill it's almost like new prices it's getting ridiculous with their pricing.

It could be that there is a cat hanging out in your yard that is causing Stevie to mark her territory, by going outside the litter box. The resolution is usually to add additional litter boxes in different areas of the house. But with dogs that would mean having it so that the dogs can't get to it but the cat can. Hope this helps.
Maybe a litter testing trial? Setup a few different boxes with different litter and see which she gravitates towards. Could be a helpful video too, for other cat parents going thru a similar issue?

Try adding a second litter box. Some cats don’t like to pee and poop in the same box 🤷♀️

I am not sure how many letterboxes you have generally its 1 letterbox per cat plus a litter box. (so for one cat you would want at least 2 letterboxes) some cats have OCD like tendency and prefer to pee in one box and poop in another letterbox. I had a cat like this. and he needed Larger litter boxes for him...... some cats will also pee along the permitter of their homes to mark their territory if they can smell stray or our door cats marking near their homes.
