If you guys are wondering how long the road in the beginning is i recommend doing 107 blocks. i know its a lot but it worked for me.

Here: I really recommend finding world dits. Copy and paste will make the city much less dreadful because it isn't an endless loop of road, lampost, repeat. Also you can make background scenery easier to make

Don’t worry the texture pack isn’t required to complete your city it’s just optional if you want to get it.

You havent been looking for a good city building "toturial" be quiet
It is also a good idea to get like a couple of friends so u can teamwork and get it done little faster and if you are building what each of you want it's like a mixed city unless u dont want one haha

Guys if u don’t have the texture pack for the glow stone, u can use a sea lantern block cause it matches pretty well

One more tip try using /fill it’s a hella time saver for filling in thousand of blocks (especially roads) try to use /setblock in air because you don’t need to build all the way up there to finalize the final product of what are you building

As a tip for making the roads more realistic, make the white markings 3 blocks long, and make the spaces in between them 8 blocks long. Otherwise, great video!
